We were in a position to scale and grow our business, but we needed brand foundational elements and clarity on the direction of our brand. Since working with Propr Design, I’ve been able to articulate what my company does, which was my primary goal. Now my company has a clearly defined mission and values.

WHAT ARE SOME KEY SUCCESSES YOU EXPERIENCED AFTER WORKING WITH PROPR?

The ultimate goal was to position the company with the right identity and messaging that reaches and resonates with key target audiences to bring on new clients and grow. Within months of launching the new website, I already have three new clients.

The site features case studies and different pages for each sector of business. I now have the tools to showcase my skill set to potential clients.

HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PROPR?

The website and logo design processes were very interactive. They provided a good framework for feedback and checked in several times throughout the process. They were very receptive to feedback and made changes to improve the product, but they also explained why they did something differently if we disagreed. Propr communicated well, and they were incredibly responsive and met all of our deadlines.
