Where was your brand, your business, before working with Propr? Where is it now?

We’ve initially engaged Propr Design to help us formulate brand strategies that speak to our brand message, style, and vision. After workshops and interviews with our CEO and partners, Propr helped us develop a brand foundation and editorial style guide to help us make crucial branding-related decisions.

We also had an old website that had confusing navigation and messaging. It didn’t accurately represent us professionally, generate leads, or support our marketing efforts. Propr redesigned and redeveloped our website to integrate more functional tools—such as CRM integration—that support our marketing efforts and streamline our operations. Additionally, they’ve worked on our backend to make it user and SEO-friendly. We now have KPIs for the website, search, and lead generation.

WHAT WERE YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF THE BRAND WORKSHOP PROCESS?

In the beginning, we were not sure about the brand workshop. We had conducted branding exercises before and felt committed to our values. We suspected that they would try to convince us to change everything completely, but that wasn’t the case at all.

WHAT ARE YOUR KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE BAND WORKSHOP?

Propr’s brand workshop started similarly but ended up being very different from the other branding exercises we had done. We revisited our brand purpose and validated our core values but uncovered some key missing pieces. We were able to identify our brand personality clearly for the first time, and the conversation around identifying our core audiences led to epiphanies we wouldn’t have otherwise realized.
