Our brand has evolved over the years as our story has changed to keep pace with technology. Before Propr, our brand was tied to specific technologies. Propr helped us identify the fundamentals of our company, deeper than simply the technology we used, and helped us develop a consistent brand over time. Propr helped us define the brand values that we could stick to, which made sense with our current client, potential clients, and employees.

WHAT ARE SOME KEY SUCCESSES YOU EXPERIENCED AFTER WORKING WITH PROPR?

We have been able to consistently produce blogs, case studies, and white pages that enhance our presence in social media and on our website along with hosting some great events. We have been able to tell our story quickly and identify our value to clients. Propr’s results decreased our sales time and increased collaborative engagement with our clients. We have also been able to establish ourselves as industry leaders and thought leaders, specific to cloud platforms. Propr well-positioned us in the market and increased our value to customers and partners.

We have seen an increase in revenue from working with Propr. They provide great suggestions on getting our name out there, such as hosting events with potential clients during happy hours at local distilleries and breweries. We expected to collaborate as a group to distill our many marketing and branding efforts and ideas into a solid foundation that could stand the test of time and accelerate and enhance current and future marketing efforts.

WHAT ARE YOUR KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE BAND WORKSHOP?

It is simple yet powerful. It is nice spreading it out over multiple sessions, so you do not get burnt out in any one session. There is a lot of debate on specifics and semantics, which helps everyone get comfortable with the small nuances that make our business unique. It is important, to be honest, and not assume your company does everything. Focusing on what truly makes us unique was very beneficial.

HOW CAN THE BRANDING WORKSHOP BENEFIT OTHER BUSINESSES?

Any business would benefit from narrowing, refining/distilling their brand to the core foundation that speaks to their unique offering, employees, and principles. The workshop will help speed up their sales process, decrease marketing spends on wasteful or unaligned initiatives, and rally the employees around a core set of principles that can promote consistency and better employee engagement.

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE PROPR?

It feels good to support a local small business with a big impact. Overall the experience has been wonderful. Bob and the team are great to work with and are always available to answer questions and give advice. Being Propr is great!
