Qualifications. The Activation Framework is most effective for brands with some success, but are struggling to scale their brand authentically, sustainably, and consistently. Internal marketing and/or growth leadership must be in place and motivated to take the necessary steps to make a big difference. Our Framework best serves companies with sales or funding from $10m to $500m annually.
Cost. Pricing is structured as monthly retainers, starting at 6-months at $10,000 per month and up. Monthly fees are determined based on your needs, prioritize, and timeline. Typical Brand Activation Frameworks run 6-18 months.
Payment. Billed monthly for the duration of the agreement. Via ACH, check, or credit card (+3%).
Time & Team Commitment
The Brand Activation Framework process is measured in quarters (3-months), with each quarter broken down into three 30-day sprints, with a minimum of two quarters or 6-months to start, while most tend to last 12 to 24 months. Priorities are set for each sprint, and as we work through the Framework, we will collectively continue to learn, explore, test, assess, and improve our efforts every step of the way.
We require a single point of contact on your side, ideally, marketing or growth decision-making leadership, that can hold your team accountable for your part, and collaborate closely with the Propr Action Team.
Files and assets will be delivered by way of Dropbox. We prefer day-to-day communication by way of Slack, with weekly brief catch-up calls, and ad hoc meetings as needed.

T3 focuses on empowering current and future marketing teams with the tools and templates they need to be self-sufficient without relying on complex systems to handle day-to-day initiatives. We’ll identify and create a system of social media, content, email, blog, video, podcast, etc. guidelines and design templates to empower teams with the right tools and health confidence to do their thing.
